MY THOUGHTS ABOUT P90X:
There are a lot of weight loss and fitness plans out there and many of them are quite effective if followed. I am recommending P90X for three reasons:

   • People I know enjoy it and follow it.
   • I've observed people losing weight and improving their health with P90X.
   • It is appropriately priced at: $140.00 (P90X on Amazon.com)

I believe that P90X works when a person follows both the exercise and diet plan. The program is equally effective for men and women; however, it is my observation that men enjoy this fitness and weight loss plan more than women. The muscle development workouts often have to be modified for women to complete them. That said, athletic women who want to build muscle definition are well suited for P90X.
